1/2/2018 | 10:35 AM CDT [Resolved]: zlien headquarters is located in New Orleans, LA. There was a power outage in New Orleans on Tuesday morning, that briefly affected zlien's offices. Our phone and chat systems were temporarily unavailable, but are back to normal at this time.

Known Issue [RESOLVED]: Reported Issues with Internet Service Nationwide

11/6/2017 | 3:07 CDT [RESOLVED]: Comcast Xfinity internet service was having issues earlier today. Infromation about that issue is available here. We received reports that our chat feature on the website, and our email system for mail@zlien.com were experiencing issues, however these issues appear to have been resolved.
