zlien Support & Operations Will Be Suspended on July 4th

To celebrate Independence Day, zlien Support & Operations will be closed on Wednesday, July 4, 2018. Users can access their account at any time to add projects, file documents, and access existing project/ order information. During the holiday, we will not be importing data, performing data entry, or researching and processing orders, and our phone/ chat support will be unavailable.

Should you need assistance, please open a Support ticket by emailing mail@zlien.com or leaving a voicemail on our main Support line at (866) 720-5436.  We will resume our standard operating hours on Thursday, July 5, at 8am CST and will check in with you accordingly.

In observance of the Memorial Day holiday, zlien Support and Operations will be suspended on Monday, May 28th.  Users can access their account at any time to add projects, file documents, and access existing project/order information.  During the holiday, we will not be importing data, performing data entry, or researching and processing orders, and our phone/chat support will be unavailable.

1/2/2018 | 10:35 AM CDT [Resolved]: zlien headquarters is located in New Orleans, LA. There was a power outage in New Orleans on Tuesday morning, that briefly affected zlien's offices. Our phone and chat systems were temporarily unavailable, but are back to normal at this time.
