At zlien, we’re always trying make your life easier when using our software. That’s why we launched a new feature to save you some time when tracking your postage usage! Many of you requested postage reports directly from your Account Manager, and we wanted to make sure you could get the information quickly and easily right from the software!
HOW IS THIS HELPFUL?
Managing your postage budget can still be done from the icon in the top navigation bar. This new feature simply helps you get the postage price breakdown on past orders. It will help you answer questions like “How much was postage on all of our preliminary notices?” and “How much was postage on orders for the Prytania St project?” You can even see how much postage you spent in a particular month or for a certain customer.
HOW CAN I ACCESS THIS NEW FEATURE?
Simply click on System Data in your settings and you’ll see the option to Download an Excel File of Your Postage Usage. You can select all of the data that you would like to include in your report and download it to your computer.
