The United States Postal Service will be closed on Monday, February 20th for President's Day. zlien will be open and have normal support and operation business hours on this day. Subscribers will also still be able to log in to the platform and order documents and track deadlines as usual. While zlien will still be processing orders, we do expect mailing delays on documents sent in the next few business days. Mail processing times should return to the regular schedule by Tuesday, February 21st.

If you are ordering  a filed document, such as a mechanics lien, please note there may also be county closures that could affect recording times on Monday, February 20th.

Regardless of the USPS holiday, we never recommend waiting until the last minute for filing your documents. If a project is nearing a deadline for filing, it is a zlien best practice to utilize our rush filing service (1 business day). Otherwise, standard processing will have your document leave our door within 2-5 business days.
