August 10th, 2017 | 1:49pm CDT [RESOLVED]: zlien uses a ticketing software with Desk.com to review emails submitted to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. Yesterday afternoon, Desk.com reported a known issue with their server, and indicated that inbound and outbound emails were not being processed quickly. This issue has since been resolved and email to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org has been restored to normal processing. All email sent during the time period Desk.com was experiencing issues appears to have been received.
