zlien Support & Operations Will Be Suspended on July 4th

To celebrate Independence Day, zlien Support & Operations will be closed on Wednesday, July 4, 2018. Users can access their account at any time to add projects, file documents, and access existing project/ order information. During the holiday, we will not be importing data, performing data entry, or researching and processing orders, and our phone/ chat support will be unavailable.

Should you need assistance, please open a Support ticket by emailing mail@zlien.com or leaving a voicemail on our main Support line at (866) 720-5436.  We will resume our standard operating hours on Thursday, July 5, at 8am CST and will check in with you accordingly.


Although we never recommend waiting to file documents until the last minute, please be mindful of the holiday closures not only with our offices but also nationwide.  It's a zlien best practice to consider filing an order as a rush if the deadline is in 10 days or less.  As this is a national holiday, please anticipate that the following offices will also be closed:
