The United States Postal Service and FedEx will be open on Friday, April 14th, however many county clerk and recording offices will have limited or suspended business hours, in observance of Good Friday. zlien will be open but will have limited support and operation hours on this day. Subscribers will still be able to log in to the platform and order documents and track deadlines as usual. While zlien will still be processing orders, we do expect recording delays in certain counties starting on Thursday, April 13th. Regular recording processing times should return by Monday, April 17th.

If a project is nearing a deadline for filing, it is a zlien best practice to utilize our rush filing service (1 business day). Otherwise, standard processing will have your document leave our door within 2-5 business days.

County closures can delay the recording of your document.  We know how time sensitive deadlines are, which is why we offer our rush process. Expediting your lien will bring your order to the top of our processing queue. Getting your order out in one business day brings it that much closer to being in the recorder's hands.

And don't forget to check your JobSight™ notifications to ensure your order can continue being processed after research.
