You may be familiar with order retraction letters, which you can send when you want to inform someone they should disregard a previously-received notice (for example, parties who were sent a notice in error, or if you received payment after sending a notice of intent to lien). zlien Services Briefly Affected by AWS Outage

For several hours on Tuesday, Amazon Web Services experienced a large outage that caused many cloud-based services that rely on AWS to stop functioning. As a result, you may have experienced issues with zlien’s website and telephone line, which utilizes one of these services. Emails to zlien were all received, but attachments to emails may be delayed.

We do not believe this outage affected any orders placed through zlien on Tuesday, and our phone, email, and chat systems have returned to normal operations.
