As our friends on the Southeastern coast of the United States prepare for Hurricane Irma, please note that the filing and service of your documents may be affected. County & Clerk Recorders in the Southeast, especially in Florida, may be closed or have limited hours due to the weather. At this time, zlien Support & Operations should be available without disruption; however, there will be alerts if normal business hours are affected.

In observance of the Labor Day holiday, zlien Support and Operations will be suspended on Monday, September 4th. Users can access their account at any time to add projects, file documents, and access existing project/ order information. During the holiday, we will not be importing data, performing data entry, or researching and processing orders, and our phone/ chat support will be unavailable.
Should you need assistance, please open a Support ticket by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or leaving a voicemail on our main Support line at (866) 720-5436. We will resume our standard operating hours on Tuesday, September 5th, at 8am CST and will be able to assist you accordingly.

UPDATE | August 15th, 2017 | 4:25pm CDT: This issue has been resolved by our Product Team and the Waiver Inbox should be fuctioning correctly. If you experience any issues, you can live chat with us at www.zlien.com, contact us at 866-720-5436, or send us an e-mail at email@example.com.
August 10th, 2017 | 2:00pm CDT [Known Issue]: We are currently investigating reports that the Waiver Inbox is not emailing Lien Waivers correctly. At this time, please continue to use the Waiver Inbox to create waivers as drafts, and you may download the waiver and send by email outside of the Waiver Inbox.
We want to apologize for this inconvenience, and will be working on this problem diligently.

As our friends on the Southern coast of the United States prepare for Tropical Storm Cindy, please note that this could affect the filing and service of your documents. Southern County & Clerk Recorders may be closed or have limited hours due to the weather; zlien Support & Operations should be available tomorrow, Wednesday, June 21st; however, there will be alerts if normal business hours are affected.
The United States Postal Service will be closed on Monday, February 20th for President's Day. zlien will be open and have normal support and operation business hours on this day. Subscribers will also still be able to log in to the platform and order documents and track deadlines as usual. While zlien will still be processing orders, we do expect mailing delays on documents sent in the next few business days. Mail processing times should return to the regular schedule by Tuesday, February 21st.
