During this holiday season, zlien Support and Operations will be suspended on the following days:

  • Monday, December 24th
  • Tuesday, December 25th
  • Tuesday, January 1st

Users can access their account at any time to add projects, order documents, and access existing project/order information. During these days, we will not be importing data, performing data entry, researching and processing orders, and our phone/chat support will be unavailable.

Should you need assistance, please open a Support ticket by emailing mail@zlien.com or leaving a voicemail on our main Support line at (866) 720-5436. We will be happy to assist you when our operating hours resume!

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND

Although we never recommend waiting to file documents until the last minute, please be mindful of the holiday closures not only with our offices but also nationwide. It's a zlien best practice to consider filing an order as a rush if the deadline is in 10 days or less. During this holiday season, please anticipate that the following offices may also be closed:

USPS
FedEx
County clerks
