Once you log in to your account, the screenshot below shows that these Alerts or Suggestions can be found by clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner. This will direct you over to your Alerts page.
Hover over any Alert and you will see a green "Resolve" button to the right. If you'd like to immediately add what our research team found, simply click on "Accept Change." If you'd like to see more information, the three green dots will allow you to "View Suggestion" and, depending on the type of information, you can choose "Accept Suggestion," "Use My Records Only," or "Use My Records and This Suggestion."
The same process can be repeated when selecting the "Suggestions" tab located to the left of the "Alerts" tab. If you'd like to instantly add the suggested information to your project, you can click on the green "Accept & Add" button. To view a breakdown of the information, click on the three green dots and select "View." Another added feature is that you can see the difference between the Scout Suggestion and what you have provided us. Depending on the type of information, you can choose "Accept Suggestion," "Use My Records Only," or "Use My Records and This Suggestion."

If we are in need of additional information before we process a lien order and file it, and we have not heard back regarding how you would like to resolve the information, our Support Team may call to follow up on the matter. It is always best to resolve the Scout Document Alerts as soon as you receive them, as it will ensure a speedy processing time for your document.
