As our friends on the Southern coast of the United States prepare for Tropical Storm Gordon, zlien will continue to proceed with your documents according to our normal processing time. However, please note that this could affect the filing and service of your documents.  Southern County & Clerk Recorders may be closed or have limited hours due to the weather; zlien Support & Operations should be available tomorrow, Wednesday, September 5th; however, there will be alerts if normal business hours are affected.

In observance of the Labor Day holiday, zlien Support and Operations will be suspended on Monday, September 3rd.  Users can access their account at any time to add projects, file documents, and access existing project/ order information.  During the holiday, we will not be importing data, performing data entry, or researching and processing orders, and our phone/ chat support will be unavailable.  

Should you need assistance, please open a Support ticket by emailing mail@zlien.com or leaving a voicemail on our main Support line at (866) 720-5436.  We will resume our standard operating hours on Tuesday, September 4th, at 8am CST and will be able to assist you accordingly.
