We are very excited to announce our new zlien dashboard!  When you log in to your account (and if you are using the new zlien) you will receive your dashboard and success updates highlighting what you've done and tips on what to do next.  This is a great way to keep track of what you're doing, prioritize your next actions, add key dates you may be missing and get paid faster.  Additionally, you have quicker access to our FAQs and zlien Universitystraight from your account!

The zlien Platform Has a New Look

Our customers spoke. And we listened.

We are always working very hard to improve the experience of our users, and we are excited to announce that we have made some significant changes to the zlien platform that will be available to all users beginning on Monday, June 19, 2017.

These improvements are the direct result of feedback from our users. In addition to applying the comments and suggestions that you, our users, provide, we dug deep into the back-end of our software to gather analytics on how our users engage with the zlien platform every day. Our goal: to create a more effective platform and to facilitate a better user experience for you, our users.

So, we’d like to thank you, our users, for your continued support of zlien, and for your invaluable contributions to the development of our product. Everything included in this update came from your feedback, your suggestions, and your requests. Simply put: we couldn't have done it without you!

Important System Release: In-app Postage

zlien is excited to announce a new feature to the zlien platform. At the end of October, zlien released an updated payment backend with the goal of improving and simplifying the process of paying for both subscriptions and individual documents. This latest release builds upon that and gives you full control over your postage balance.

Did you know zlien 's HQ are located in New Orleans? August marks 10 years since Katrina struck New Orleans, and we're proud of the city's resilience and excited for the next 10 years. It took a lot of work to recover from the storm, from reinstating utilities to demoing, rebuilding, and renovating damaged buildings. zlien wants to do its share, which is why we here are zlien are always keeping busy. Over the past month, we’ve updated features, shared a little about how we operate, and posted new tutorials.

System Release: Weekly Email Report Gets a New Look

zlien
 subscription and enterprise users receive a weekly email report every Monday including a digest of the previous week's orders and upcoming deadlines for the next 20 days.  For those of you receiving the weekly report, this week was its swan song.  Starting next Monday, August 24th, users will receive the new report moving forward. 

For folks who are not set to receive the weekly report, you will continue to see the same email format updating you every step of the way with your order's progress and tracking.

Changes made to approving queue items

When users approve an item from the zlien queue, they are now prompted to confirm / provide order details from within the platform using an overlay.  This will help streamline the process by decreasing the number of research notifications sent after an item is approved from the queue.  For folks not using the queue, this functionality is available when filing documents from the project and deadlines pages
