zlien's made enhancements to JobSight Research Notifications. Now, users can search and sort notifications based on criteria such as document type, line of business or even notification type. For resolved notifications, users can see which notifications were resolved, who the notification was resolved by and what information was used. This post explores the benefits and how to use this system release.
How to access this release?
This enhancement will result in a smoother experience for users who are resolving notifications or searching for previously resolved or expired notifications.
Access your notifications by clicking the envelope icon within your account. Depending on your email preferences, you may receive instant notification updates or daily digests (recommended).
To utilize the sorting and filtering options, click "See all."
Search for notifications by project address, nickname or customer name, and click "Show Filters" to expand for more sorting options.
Filter by document type, notification type, or other criteria.
The system will default to show you "Unresolved" notifications, and you can click the arrow circled below to view notifications that were already resolved, expired or dismissed.
