We'll post updates on this page as soon as they're available. Although we're unable to provide an estimate on when this issue will be resolved, we're hard at work to make sure all zlien users have access to the platform.

zlien Support and Operations Suspended Monday, September 5th, 2016

In honor of Labor Day, zlien Support & Operations will be suspended Monday, September 5, 2016, and we will resume our traditional hours on Tuesday, September 6th at 9am CST. Users can continue to access zlien's site, resources and software; however we will not be processing documents or support during this time. Be mindful of modified or suspended hours for other key factors in your filing process, such as USPS, FedEX and local county clerks and recorders.

Once you have established a notice and lien policy, communicated your policy with the sales team, developed a rapport with your customers and have established an effective policy for handling complaints, you can focus on enhancing your business based off of the feedback of your customers.
